Diva Challenge #178, Initials Duotangle--JS

After a long absence from the blogging world, here is my entry to the Diva's latest challenge of a Duotangle inspired by my name.  For my initials, JS, I chose Jalousie and Sand Swirl--two of my favorites.  Not a combination I might normally make and I have to say I like the final result!  The little line of "pearlz" were one of those "art opportunities" that happen when you realize that your alternating rows aren't alternating as they should.  Happy tangling all:-)

    Like the way that you combined these two. Have not used Jalousie in a long time. It really works well here. Also enjoyed looking at your shading that enhances that way that these two tangles interact.
